This program is all about helping you reach your fitness goal. In this program you will have access to three detailed training sessions per week for twelve weeks, including video demonstrations and a workout sheet that can be printed out to track your weight lifting progression. In addition to the physical training provided, there is also a module that will guide you through making healthier lifestyle choices, understanding nutrition, mastering goals, and so much more. This program was designed to give you tools that will help you see sustained results and live a rich life.


Hi, I’m Bryiana Richardson


but I go by B Rich, I am a personal trainer whose passion is to transform lives and see individuals reaching their fitness goals. I am a former member of LSU Women's track program, as a student athlete I earned my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Since graduating 4 years ago, I have worked with many different individuals to improve my skills as a trainer.

Over the years, I have developed a holistic approach to training, focusing on the whole being rather that isolating the different area of our lives. When we are able to train the mind, body and spirit together, that is when we are able to live our most rich lives.
